Had a out of box faulty device. They sent me the replacement the very next day

Overall, the customer services is good as well as I personally believe that the IQOS product is far better then normal tobacco

I used to smoke 1 pack of normal cigarettes and since 5 years ago I switch to Iqos and I am more happier about the smell / the colour of my teeth/ and can store the filter after finishing my heets ,

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at iqos. From start to finish, the level of service I received was truly remarkable, leaving a lasting impression on me as a customer.

I have been using HEETS for well over a year as a former cigarette smoker I had the smokers cough
My other half was concerned so tried Vapes I found the plastic mouth piece was not like the feeling of the filter from a cigarette so it didn’t feel like my past smoking experience. HEETS have changed the design in my opinion since my early use , some of the tobacco sticks were dry and hard and either stuck,broke or the draw was not good I have noticed the filling isn’t as tightly packed and there is more residual substance in the holder and around the blade ,soot and brown moist debris,the brown seems to soak into the HEETs stick
I have found that the usual method of cleaning doesn’t clean enough the cotton bud sticks don’t get right into the crevices by the blade . Although not recommended by the manufacturer I have found that a cocktail stick wrapped with a small thin piece of tissue gets right in the small area ,removes the soot and brown gunge also I would recommend cleaning the holder top with this method where the stick loads onto the blade as I have noticed this gets clogged with brown gunge .
Since carrying out this more efficient method of cleaning every day WOW what a difference the stick slides smoothly and you get a smooth satisfying full draw or puff but there is an increase in the residue has anyone else noticed it
